President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria following his five-day official visit to Paris, France.
The president returned to the country on Wednesday, November 14.
He was met at the airport by Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina, Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti and Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has described Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, as a responsible leader who has done several god projects in Kano, including the ones started by his predecessor, Rabiu Kwankwaso.
President Buhari made this statement in Paris during an interactive session when a participant asked him what the federal government intends to do about the allegations of corruption recently leveled against Ganduje.
A online newspaper accused Ganduje of collecting bribe from contractors in the state and shared several video clips of the governor.
However, President Buhari said Ganduje is a good leader who didn't allow political difference to stop him from completing projects initiated by his predecessor.
He said: “I commend the governor for doing so much. He once invited me and I went to Kano. The good projects started by Kwankwaso in Education and healthcare, Ganduje completed them.
“He completed the projects and now the people of Kano are enjoying the benefit. I think that is very responsible of him."
